    Places I've been
Chicago Illinois (Hometown), Palatine IL, Hanover Park IL, Waukegan IL, Kenosha WI, EauClaire WI, Grantsburg WI, Minneapolis MN, Brooklyn Park MN, Brooklyn Center MN,Duluth MN, Grand Marais MN, Meridian MS, and Tampa Florida! My journeys to these places and living within their various communities have been an interesting journey of self discovery as well as discovery of many types of people and communities. I grew up in a Jewish community in the 1950's and new Gefelte fish before I ever tasted Collard greens. The richness of that community offered my brother and myself such a cocoon of love. Everyone knew us, and everyone was our "parent" which was wonderful, since we were sometimes the only black family within blocks. I learned about true friendships between women, men and children. I miss those days, but they are part of me forever.

    About Me

I am thinking that Eons is one of the nicest places that I visit.

Its like a village of people who pretty much have shared a lot of

the same life experiences....some in different geographical settings

but we find that childhood, teen life, adulthood and that limbo place

where we reside now, are pretty much the same for everyone.

I hope that everyone will enjoy their time here.
