Places I've been

I've visited over half of our beautiful states, and one of my goals is to finish visiting all 50. I love trips with National Parks included in the itinerary, and two week road trips are my favorite. The West is beautiful, the East is cultural, the South is gracious and beautiful, and the Central States surprise me when I least expect it! We've also traveled in Canada and Mexico, but haven't been off the continent yet....

More about me

I'm Tin Lizzy, retired about 4 months ago, and still haven't found a schedule that works.  So, I try doing something different every day.  Gardening has been a top priority.  I'm spending some time reading, doing some cleaning, and generally enjoying life.

Traveling took up the major part of June, and we visited Wyoming, South Dakota, parts of Nebraska and then my daughter was married in Breckenridge, Colorado.

Back home to get some time "up north" and relax for the 4th of July.   Taking a quick trip to Voyageur's National Park for some fishing.

I enjoy reading, gardening, traveling, my Wii, and surfing the net.  I also like to cook, meet with friends I haven't seen for a long time and take the time to connect to family.
