More about me

At this point in my life I am a stay at home mom of a college freshman son and a medical student daughter.  I work for my parents doing odd jobs and watch over them with their health concerns (they are 88 and 73).

 For 5 years I worked as a supervisor of a group home for emotionally disturbed adolescent girls and loved it.  The stress of that combined with family stuff was causing me to come unglued. 

 I have a husband of 25 years who teaches Social Studies in the smallest public high school in Pennsylvania.  He is my rock. 

We have a managerie of animals including 11 cats, 2 dogs, an iguana (technically my daughter's) and a Cockatiel (also technically my daughter's). 

I love politics and hope to be active in the 08 election.  I conservative Republican, thanks for asking.
