Allow me to introduce myself.  I am Robert (Bob) J. Force a seasoned REALTOR® with Prudential Carruthers Realtors here Gaithersburg Md.  I handle both Sales and Rentals in Leisure World and elsewhere in Montgomery County Md.

I am pleased to say, I have been representing landlord  and tenants succussfully now for years.  Over that time period, I have represnted more (based on MRIS Statistics) landlords who manage their own properties in Leisure World than any other agent .  In some cases on several properties, repeated times, and these landlords with transactions outside the community as well.

I am a believer in givng back to the community.  I have been involved with civic associations and service organizations where ever I have lived,  I am most proud of the fact the I was elected President of my Circle K Club in college (Philadelphia Univeristy) and twice as President of my local Kiwanis Club here in Silver Spring (Rossmoor Kiwanis Club).
