I'm a working gal and still have a more than a few years to work before I can do the retiring routine. I've been separated and divorced for several years now. Looking to meet some great new friends and expand my horizons. I love to read, going to the movies and occasionally going out for dinner. I've lived in my metro area for basically my entire life. I love to travel. Had a motor home at one time and was able to see a lot of the country, I really enjoyed that. I'm quite involvement with my church's social justice programs. I look forward to hearing any & all prospective "new friends".

Activities

Reading, walking, can't sew a stitch(I get anywhere near a sewing machine & it'll scream for help). I'd love to make time to learn how to cook new and exotic foods. I enjoy those crazy cooking programs that are popular now and would love to experiment with all those ingredients that we all have in our kitchens but only use once in a blue moon. Also would "love" to take dancing lessons but hate the idea of doing it as a loner.

Favorite TV Shows

I've just recently gotten into Sex & the City. But on the current shows I can't miss Dancing with the Stars, Deal or No Deal and of course "Desperate Housewives".

Favorite Movies

Lake House - The Holiday - The Birdcage - and most recently the Bucket List.

Favorite Books

Mystery novels, romance novels - biographies, autobiograhies. Not into scifi.
