Hi, All you good people:

I am 70 years old as of May 5th of this year, and am pleasantly surprised at my physical and mental well-being...if someone had told me that I could feel this good at the age of even 55, 40 years ago I would have called them crazy. And the fact that I belong to the African-American male population, the group with the shortest life expectancy, makes me feel doubly privileged and blessed to be in the shape I am in at this age, and moreover coming from a family of folks that mostly died before the age of 50 from cardio-vascular causes makes it even more precious. I am the father of 10,grandfather of 12, and greatgrand of 8, can run up and down stairs without aid of a bannister and can boogie down...love to dance to the music of motown, and latin!!! Thank you Lord Jesus!!!
