I empower, educate and connect parents of teenagers - this is my passion and my privilege.

Parents of teenagers face a lot today with what many believe is a family-unfriendly culture. Keeping teens safe and connected, healthy and growing in positive ways is a big job. I help parents find three things they need: confidence, knowlege and connections with one another.

The newly updated version (2007) of my book Please Stop the Rollercoaster! How Parents of Teenagers Can Smooth Out the Ride has just been released and is used to guide parenting discussion groups around the country.

I just graduated from raising teenagers (!) - my kids are now 22 and 20 and in college. :> My husband, John, and I live outside of Boston.
