 Hi Everyone.  Thanks for stopping by.  My name is Somee (pronounced "so me") .  I live in a smallish community in Canada where I work as a nurse. I have one child, a grown son who is charming but spoiled (I blame his grandmother, no really, I do), a whipsmart dog who spent the first part of his life on a ranch herding sheep  and really misses the job.  (You have no idea how testy a mailman can get when he is corralled into a corner for forty five minutes!) Then there is my Siamese\ Himalayan cat (think high maintenance, really, really, really high maintenance). 

Now for the part I abhor.  The "about me" section of the profile (aka "tell us the truth but don't terrify us in the process" section). I get so tangled in finding the right euphemisms that by the time anyone has finished reading it, they are left with only one dominating thought....(??????????).  So I've decided to take a fresh approach (notice I said "fresh" not brilliant).  Since a picture supposedly is worth a thousand words,  I've got a few that will give you a glimpse into my personality.  These have all been sent to me by my bratty ( I mean loving, yes that's the word I was looking for) family and friends.

I am a voracious reader. I like lots of popular authors (Cook, Grisham, Mofina, Grippando, Palmer) but I love nothing more than just cruising down the aisles of the book store and discovering something completely new.

Any place I haven't seen yet. Only followed by any place I have. It is impossible to return to a place and find it unchanged. It is a new experience each time. Other than that I would add Java Junction, Starbucks, Seattle's best Coffee.......(Seeing a trend?)
