I have been disabled 14 years now with RSD, a very painful nerve disease. However my pain seems to be for now to be partially under control. I won't lie, I still have some very bad days but I get through them.

I love nature, hiking and camping. I have hiked through42 states and enjoyed seeing 7 European countries. There is so much more in this world I want to see. I enjoy working with my hands. I have a fully supplied workshop for wood working and building furniture. I enjoy remodeling homes and can do everthing that goes with it. I can do electrical and plumbing but have never learned the art of welding.

I have 2 grown children. A daughter, 33 and a son,28. My daughter is a retired Marine with 2 sons one is 17 and the other is 3! I thought 5 years was a big difference! My son has just retired from the Air Force but he now is a civilian teacher in the same group he was in! No children as of yet. Both live in different states so I don't get to see them very often.

Brave Heart and White Christmas. Anything with Steven Segal and Sean Connery.

Activities

Before I became disabled I was a landscaper for private golf courses! I also had my own landscaping business. I loved it! Working outdoors with my hands in the soil was all I could ever dream of doing. I can no longer do these things but I will always remember the beauty I brought to a little part of this earth.

Favorite Music

I am a great fan of country, love reggae and tex/mex. I love everything from classical to rock but I don't care for hard rock!

Favorite Places

Germany has to top my list! It is much like where I live in the US. The mountains and a waterfall happen to stir my soul when nothing else can. The smells and sounds can not be surpassed.

Favorite Animals

My favorite animal has to be my dog Simba! He is with me 24/7, he even sleeps across my lap at bedtime!
