I share my life with Sargeant TopGun, my Miniature Pinscher and Miz Paws, my little mischief kitty. They supervise my work when I am working in my studio and think quilts large and small are perfect for snuggling. I'm blessed with a wonderful son and daughter-in-law and the light of my life, my dear grandson. I have been involved in creative activities all my life. Although not retired yet I'm looking forward to spending more time enjoying my creative activities. In addition to the creative fiber arts, I enjoy photography, cooking, gardening, concerts in the park, traveling, University of Arizona sports and, of course, computing!

Hi, I've been a "member" of eons for sometime now but haven't really gotten involved with "it". I guess it was I really haven't taken the time to figure-out how the thing works. Today on the other side of the world from you I chanced upon your blog (another thing I have to learn the workings about)and you did get me thinking. I retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1992. I recieve a very modest monthly retirement check. I'm 55 years old. What happens when I turn 65 ? Will I recieve that social security ? You got me thinking there. Yeah, ya did there !
