Originally from CT, now resettled north of Boston and loving it.  I came home again to the North East after 28 years of living all over the US.  I am retired military.  It was a wonderful experience leaving me with feelings of satisfaction and acomplishment and more importantly, a large circle of good friends who are more like family.  I have morphed into a fitness instructor, newly wed wife, and step mom to three "bonus" kids.  I have a high speed active life style.  My husband (retired too) shares it with me in a supportive and loving manner.  I have challenges as we all do but overall Life is good.  Check out my favorite quote below and know that I will never weaken.  God bless :)    

Activities

Teaching fitness classes. Mainly Spinning. Day trips around southern New England/Boston area. Dining out, concerts, some plays. Shopping and hanging out with friends. Sking in the winter. Following the Yankees in the summer. Travel in general... one to three trips a month.

Cancer, Heart disease, alzheimers, and helping children

Favorite Music

Anything but country. From hip hop to classic rock. Funk to ballads. Disco to boy bands. I love it all!

Favorite TV Shows

Two and a Half Men. Mostly watch mindless sitcoms. If I watch TV, it's to unwind. Though I like Law and Order.

Favorite Movies

Madame X because as a child I stayed up very late one night and watched it with my mother. We cried. Fond memories.

Favorite Books

No real favorites -- I read some times. maybe one or two books a month. Mostly mystery and adventure, some "girl" books. some self help and inspirational
