More about me: Hi I'm an active 45 year old living in beautiful San Diego. I am a CPA by training but currently not working in that field (by choice). I'm working on a website about living a healthy lifestyle based on a whole foods, plant-based diet. Check it out at www.lose-weight-for-life.com. I welcome any suggestions.
Activities: I enjoy travel especially adventure travel. I have trekked in Nepal, climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, and hiked in the Picos de Europa in Spain, the Pyrenees, and Copper Canyon, MX. I also play tennis and do yoga.
Favorite Charities: I am on the Board of the San Diego Humane Society and the San Diego Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.
Favorite Music: Green Day, REM, U2, Melissa Ethridge, Bruce Springsteen, Yaz, the Rolling Stones - my tastes are all over the place!
Favorite TV Shows: I don't watch network TV. Sports on TV is a big love especially NFL and tennis. I am addicted to cnbc especially the Closing Bell with Maria Bartaromo and the Big Idea with Donny Deutche.
Favorite Movies: Chinatown, Pretty Woman, Top Gun
Favorite Books: I love to read! To Kill a Mockingbird, The Red Tent, The Time Traveller's Wife and many nonfiction business books like Good to Great, The Four Hour Work Week, The E business revolution, Ladies Who Launch.
Favorite Places: San Jose del Cabo, MX, Barcelona, Paris, San Francisco, any National Park, any great hiking trail
Favorite Animals: My cats Lobo and Heathcliff
