I'm definitely a nature girl.  LOVE to take solo camping/hiking vacations in the deserts of the southwest - so liberating.  I live in a log home in the forest with my 2 cats.  Love to bake and cook but for other people.  I workout at the YMCA in Hartford 5 days a week - I've been going there for 12 years now so it's just second nature to me.   I competed in some body building competitons a few years ago and it was such an awesome experience in so many ways.  Surprisingly it was a spiritual journey as well as a physical one.   Favorite movie is "Wizard of Oz" - always wanted to be a flying monkey!  And I agree with Dorothy...there is no place like home.  I am certified in level 1 Reiki and Tree Whispering (I love trees) and I'm an Angel Therapy Practitioner trained by Doreen Virtue. Things that are important to me?  Integrity...self-reliance...freedom...resourcefulness...an open heart.
