Finally signed up for the Clarksville Half-marathon.. the last time I did an extended run was a couple marathons in Germany 20+ years ago.. I usually do 2 - 4 miles a day so 13+ will be quite an eye opener. 

 I just noticed the longevity calculator.. with my hereditary predisposition towards early demise, that's something I'm not going to take advantage of.
