I am an LPN at a health and rehab facility. One of the best things I did was become a nurse as I enjoy my career very much. I am a proud parent of three children and proud grandparent of three grandchildren. My son, Matthew, passed away in 1996 and is greatly missed-he truly was a gift from God.I am a widow of a husband that was very caring and is greatly missed. Joe was a fun loving guy who liked to see everyone happy and having a good time. He played Santa Claus every year at malls or stores for the last thirty two years and enjoyed seeing the different expressions on the children's faces. He was always happy to have his grandchildren around. He enjoyed cooking and thus cooked most meals which was something I had to do again after his passing. He often joked and said I would not eat if anything happened to him-sometimes I think that is true.
I enjoy listening to music and watching TV. I'm learning to do more on the computer as it is new to me. I read occasionally and am trying to make it more of a habit as it does help me relax. I have a dog named Fasso who is quite a companion for me. I've tried flower gardening, but haven't had much luck with that, however, I will continue to try to achieve in that area.
