Hi! I'm a journalist, novelist, screenwriter, and radio host.

My latest book, LEAP!: What Will We do with the Rest of our Lives? is out in paperback, and you can read an excerpt at www.saradavidson.com.

I wrote LEAP! when my own life fell apart in my fifties.  I wanted to explore:  What's the next part of life about? How will we take risks, find purpose, adventure and serenity in the years to come?

After years of research, I found that most people have to go through what I call "the narrows," the rough passage to the next part of life.  If you don't do it voluntarily, the world or your body will force you to.  But each person I met found a unique way through, and there's light, air, and possibilities on the other side.
