    Hi, Col. Tibbits was born in Quincy Il. He went to Western Military acadamy in Alton Il. He came back here in I think 2004 for a reunion. There was a meet and greet meeting. I shook his hand. He was a very humble person, but also very proud. And he never felt any regret. He was single handedly responsible for more human death than any other man that walked the face of the earth. And he was ok with that. He did his duty. I cried after I touched him.
