Biography -composer,sound designer,technical adviser and mastering engineer .Sanchu is a pioneer in the field of World Music, exploring and creating a new synthesis in sound which takes us beyond the borders of both East and West. Haunting melodies on multi-instruments over driving folk rhythms - ancient Sanskrit and Sufi poems are re-awakened by captivating songs and chants. And while drawing inspiration from these deep wells of the musical traditions of the East, Sanchu has never lost touch with the pulse of contemporary Western music. Over the years he has continued to refine his awesome talent for fusion, mixing meditative classical Indian ragas with highly energetic compositions, modern cutting-edge sounds and grooves, to create a music both distinctive and unique. he is quite simply his music in movement and combines global music dance traditions with an effortless, awe inspiring and spell binding grace. Sanchu had an inborn talent for drawing and painting from his childhood and started painting from 1st standers at the age of 5 then he studied painting for 10 years. Musically Sanchu began learning the guitar and piano at the age of 9, and use to listen lots of music. After his school he has been learning electronics,softwares technology and studied audio engineering from aes as well. He is always searching for new ways of expressing and expanding his music. However, his musical substance, combined with his search for the spiritual, pulled him, perhaps inevitably, towards India,Sri lanka,Singapore,Malaysia & Nepal - his culture and his music, until today he has released 2 international albums under his name and done lots of programming and countless studio recordings. presently working with AES in Singapore as a technical adviser.
