I love to dance. All my life there seemed to be a dancer inside of me wanting to get out. I finally started dancing when both my children went to college. It is truly one of my passions.
Also I am a life coach and have coached adolescents and adults with ADHD. Coaching is what I was born to do! I am currently the Board Director of CHADD, Northern Virginia, as well as being involved in a pilot study of on "The Effectiveness of ADHD Coaching with College Students".
If you love to dance feel free to contact me. West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, Viennese Waltz and Salsa are some of the dances I enjoy.
