I am a lively and curious boomer.  I love the Internet.  I got involved in 1995 while doing a traditoinal PR campaign for UK Universities doing distance education online.

Now I make my living helping companies reach their audiences online.

I am a health fanatic and I am interested in natural and alternative health solutions.  I am part of the site Feel Good for Life where we publish research and interesting articles about  natural solutions for women's health and men's health.
