Places I've been: I was in the US Air Force from 12/73 - 9/80 and stationed at Torrejon AB Spain, Eglin AFB FL, Lakenheath AB England and McGuire AFB NJ. I've also lived in Fairfield, CA, Springfield, Oregon, and Augusta, GA.
More about me: I have 2 obsessions in life, quilting and my dogs. I've adopted several mastiffs through Mastiff Rescue and right now have Chloe, a former show girl who was returned because she's too small, only 125 lbs. Plus I have Desi, a small black lab I found living in the streets.

My goal in life is to use up all my fabric I've accumulated over the past 30 years seriously doubt I will as it would take several lifetimes to use it all up. But I'll keep on trying.

I enjoy cooking but my problem is I enjoy my own cooking too much. Cooking for one isn't very much fun but I have been expanding my recipes without gaining too much weight.

OMG you're a Dr. Who fan!! I thought we were a dieing breed!! Do you remember the Dr. with the super long scarf and the somewhat floppy hat? I think he was the doctor for the longest period of time. I recently saw several interviews with him on you tube. People still recognize him from his days on Dr. Who and associate him with that show, regardless of what else he's done. When my daughter was a baby, I spent more than one Saturday afternoon with the good Doctor. LOL - Debbie

Hi, Your mastifs are beautiful dogs.... I just got a new computer and have not transfered all of my pictures yet to my new computer.... What is the Barf diet.?... My Min Pin is only 13 pounds and I very leggie... Most Min Pins take more after the dashound my Max has more of the Italian Greyhound lines... He is 2 inches taller than the official AKC standards A very striking boy... It has taken 6 years for his teeth to need cleaning... I would do it myself but he wont let me in his mouth... I learned about 20 years ago about teeth cleaning I lost a cat because I waited to long to get her teeth cleaned I just thought it was a Vet thing to get more business... So I have learned to get them done before extractions are needed... I also have a fenced yard and walk my dog 3 times a day with a leash. and always kept any pet in the house cause I found letting pets loose is when they get into trouble or hurt which does keep the vet bills up... It cost me about 10.00 a month to feed my Max and I do feed him left over vegtables which I mix in with his dry food..... He only gets soft dog food for a occastional treat because of the small dog food expensive I can keep up my vet fees which really is about 300.00 a year this year and normally around 170.00 or less a year...

right now I can afford the vet fees...
