I lived in Oakland California and Japan while in the Navy. In 2000 I left the north for warmer weather in Georgia. In 2004 the army reserves invited me to the latest "war". I was fortunate to only be assigned to Ft Jackson in Columbia, SC for 18 months. I've traveled to Korea,Canada, Mexico, Panama, Honduras, Germany, Kenya and Italy. I love Italy, visited 3 times and hope to return. I've been to many states, but have many yet to see. I've been to the Kentucky Derby. I want to visit the Gilroy Garlic Festival someday.
