I have just retired after 34 years of federal service (US Coast Guard, Bureau of Prisons, VA, US Customs and US Air Force) at the age of 55.  I have been in a wonderful, supportive and heartfilled loving relationship for the past 29 years with my bestfriend, solemate and spouse, David.  We both have great supportive families but since they are baptists from the south, the only thing they have against me is being a Yankee, since I am from New York (LOL).  We live in Long Beach, California and love it!  Always a great beach breeze and great people!

Activities

We love to travel! We have been to France, Amsterdam, Austraila, New Zealand, Hawaii, So. Carolina, NYC, All over Florida and most recently, Munich and Switzerland. Looking forward to our next trip to either Spain and/or Italy (Depends on the strength of our dollar against the Euro).

Favorite Charities

Anything dealing with AIDS research and prevention. The world has lost way to many wonderful people to this disease.

Not too much into TV but if it is public tv..I would probably like it

Way too many to mention...like the oldies but also anything that is full of comedy, suspense, horror and sci-fi
