I enlisted in the Army in 1969, completed basic & Ait at Ft Polk.Stationed at Ft Carson Co until Sept. 70, did my tour in Quan Tri Delta Co. 1/11 Inf. Came back to Colo Spgs. lived there until 89, currently residing in La Porte IN. Love to vacation in the Smokies as well as Padre Island.

I'm 56, at least until Oct., have been on a sabitical for about 6 months. Have been following Dr Oz's diet since Jan. and just joined a gym attached to our hospital mostly ( not all ) seniors. Great people w/out all the macho sometimes needed at the larger facilities.
I'm more than ready for spring, I love the outdoors, gardening & playing w/my German Shepard.
