I find it difficult to talk about myself.  That's a starter.

I am divorced after a thirty year marraige.  I had four children. 2 girls and two boys.  I have 8 grandchildren ages from 21 to 2 yrs old.  What a great time on holidays and backyard BBQs. When all 4 children were at home I had a great vegetable garden.  We grew enough for the practically whole town and a few of the animals (deer, woodchucks and racoons).  Just couldn't keep them out of the garden.  Now I live alone and have a flower garden.

I live in upstate NY in the Berkshires.  Couldn't live anywhere else. It is beautiful in all seasons. I have traveled cross country and been to Canada and Mexico.    New  people and new places are all part of life's great adventure.

I had been in the insurance business for 40 years and am now retired. I enjoyed my job but am really lovin' retirement. 

I have been very fortunate to have lived in the city, the suburbs and the country.  The Bronx is where I was born and it was a great place to live back in the 40's.  I could walk to school and we had a hugh park across the street. 

I lived on L.I. in the 50's.  Great time to be a teenager.  There used to be block parties in the summer and we always had pot luck.

Now I am in the best place for me.  Moved to the country in the 60's when I married and raised our four children.  As I said I couldn't be as happy anywhere else.  Love these Berkshire Hills.
