I am a "Lady of a certain age" as the saying goes. I am all for playing games to try to keep the mind in tune. I read, play an organ (just for me) attend Tai Chi classes and generally try to keep old age at bay. I am on the treadmill 6 days a week and lift weights and do stretching and balance exercises. I have recently lost my husband of 59 years so am trying to make my way in the world as a single lady and it is not easy.
