Raised on a small farm in Indiana.  Graduated from a very small high school, worked in an office for three years, got married, chose to be a stay at home wife, mom, and grandma.  Have led a very quiet life but a happy one, am so very blessed to have a wonderful husband these last 44 years, three wonderful kids and now enjoying the grandkids.  Found the internet about 8 years ago and it brought the outside world right here to me.  Have met so many people from all over the world and all walks of life and made some very special friendships.  I love music and spend hours listening to all kinds except rap and heavy metal.  Love to get lost in a good book.  Was able to travel some over the years before my husband retired.  Loved visiting beautiful and exciting places but for me, there is no place like home.  Still a country girl through and through and very much a person who is quiet and just enjoys doing the uncomplicated things in life.
