More about me: I am a 59 yr.old married mother of 4 adult children, and grandmother of 3. I was raised on Long Island, NY with 2 sisters and 7 brothers, but have lived in Ohio since 1975. I married a Marine in 1972 -the love of my life - and we are still enjoying each day.
Favorite Charities: I am interested in helping pregnancy centers, do some outreach work for the homeless and indigent, food banks and my church.
Favorite People: My Husband, my kids, my grandkids and my siblings.
Favorite Places: NYC, Charlotte, NC, Any lakes/mountains and beaches.
Favorite Books: Too numerous to mention. Crime Novels are the favorite.
Favorite Quotes: Do my best, I shall not pass this day again. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Favorite TV Shows: NCIS, Criminal Minds, CSI, CSI NY, The Closer, Heroes, Without a Trace, Bones, Lost, Law and Order- Criminal Intent, Psych and Leverage.
Favorite Movies: GWTW- ( All time favorite), Shrek, all Harry Potters, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, All Johnny Depps...
Favorite Music: Very eclectic taste- runs the gamut from classical to even a "little" rap. Prefer soft rock, country, Irish and classical.
Activities: I love to travel, sew/quilt, read, birdwatch, swim, bicycle, make greeting cards for friends and family.
Favorite Animals: Dogs and horses
