Hawaii, Florida, Ohio,PA, Texas, Michigan....my dad was in the navy and my husband had many corporate moves. I currently live in Columbus OHIO but plan to move near Cleveland to be near family.

I am friendly and enjoy church leadership until recently when my dear husband of 40 years passed away last year from cancer. I've been having a bit of a tough time recovering. I have a wonderful daughter with two grand daughters that keep me going. My husband's mother is in assisted living and I am the only one to care for her too. Right now life is hard but God is good all the time. I am a born again Christian with an abiding faith that I will see my other believing friends in heaven one day. I have a lot of good friends who support me while my daughter lives 2 hours away. I'm thinking of moving closer to her but they say do nothing for at least a year and I'm not sure I'm buying that...we had plans to do that anyway and then have a place in Florida for the winter. But those dreams are shattered for now. II enjoy reading, bible studies, biking, golf, animals (I have a cat) some yardwork and going out with my friends to nice restaurants and movies. and I especially enjoy bird watching. Ohio is where all the main bird migrate through so the sping is wonderful and we have great parks to see them in. My pain and mourning and still at a high level but I'm letting the grief process take it's course. I so terribly lonely because My husband was a wonderful communicator and we talked about everything all the time.
