I live in upstate South Carolina, where I retired after living and working in Manhattan for almost thirty years in film and TV production. I exercise my writing muscle with freelance journalism published in regional magazines (for example, visit Bold Life OnLine, and have published one novel, called "End Credits" (available online here) and am at work on a second. I've been an Earthwatch member since 2000, starting with the black rhino project at Sweetwaters in Kenya. I enjoy travel and consider the actual journey to wherever just as much fun as being wherever I'm going.
