I am recently widowed since May 6, 2008.  We were married only of almost 2 years, but were together for about 8 years.  We have been through alot together.  It is not the years in your life but the life in your years, and I had the time of my life with Mark.  He and I met in a karaoke bar and became instantly best friends and fell in love. 

We have 3 grown children and 4 Grandchildren.

I am having a real hard time with this right now.  Mark was murdered and I want JUSTICE to be served.  The state police are working the case.  It has been a slow slow process.  He was shot in the face and died instantly.  I am GLAD that he did not suffer.  I have a hard time knowing that the person or persons responsible for this brutal murder are still out there living their life. 

I pray every day for justice.  I have no idea why someone would want to do something like this to such as good man.  The real sick thing is they burned him completely beyond recognition in the bed of his pick up truck.

I have lost my husband, my best friend, my soul mate and my life time companion. I am now wondering what to do with me without him.  I miss him very much and I am trying to be strong. Please pray for justice for a good man!!  No one deserves this!!!

I do feel it will happen, It may take some time.  I am not the most patient person in the world, but I have to wait for God to work this out for me.  WE are all living on God's time. Be thankful for the time we have left on this earth!

Mark and I started a small furniture and variety store in Nicholasville, Ky. I closed the shop down the end of May 09 as I vowed to keep it for one year to his honor.

I know Mark would want me to be strong, and I am trying.  We had a hell of a time in the short time we had together.  He placed a "SONG" deep into my heart and it will forever remain.  Music is your heart talking and we had alot of music and song within our hearts.

Families do not stick together in all cases and this one has developed alot of anger, accusastions, HATE and just plain ole meaness that I have been given from a few.
