More about me

Not so new at EON, not so new at life. Hoping for the time to figure out everything I think I need to know. Hoping for the wisdom to use what I learn , share what I can, and just enjoy the journey.

I live in the desert, southwest. Beautiful in its' own special, unique way, and ever changing .  However, my soul and heart pull me to the ocean. I love the song, Time for a Cool Change, and the music of Jimmy Buffett.  I got my first tatoo in Key West. A dolphin, jumping in Capricorn waves . It is on my ankle. Just being by the water, beach, the ocean, is an elixir for the mind, body and soul.   Water is great. I love the mountains too. High altitude, low stress . I like using the metal detector. Treasures are everywhere.  Just enjoy the hunt.   I enjoy hiking in the pines, walking on the beach. Hearing the  sound of the wind thru the pine trees, and the sounds of the ocean. I like to take pictures. Old churches, wildlife (that is still ), family and bridges and friends and just most of what you see thru a lens is going to make a great picture.  When the memory is not quite so vivid, you have pictures to bring you back.  Funny how memories are  remembered and retold differently by those involved. Same scenario, different stories from each as they recount it. :)

Memories are so much more precious as we grow older. So remember yours' and enjoy and share them with others, especially the young. That way they can be remembered and retold , and your spirit and essence will always be a part of the coming generations. The Native American people strongly believe in passing down the history and ways of the people. Be part of your own history. Share stories and memories.

Single now, widow , hard,  but trying to move...any direction just move.  Thinking I want to buy an RV 5th wheel or whatever...love to travel and so very much I want and need and just must see .   Love using my metal detector , stones, meteors , gold, oh my .  I  do  love art, drawing, working with any medium that attracts me.  Want to learn more too. Want to live and want to want to live.  I love seeing what other artists do with thri art , projuects and talent.   I enjoy so many forms, or outlets , expressions of the inner you. What muse moved me ? I did receive  a very special award for chalk irises I did , in 5th grade, won scholarship to EP Museum of Art Summer Art classes.  I just like being busy, especially lately. Working on painting greeware Indian Girl of the Wind, Water and T_bird. I could go on, but won't.    My indian name Mistai (ghost) Blue Wolf was given to me by my long time friend.  Your indian name is given just as your birth name from parents.

Right now, you have no answers. I still feel the confusion, bruises of loss. So, when I do not have an answer, I will turn to my greater and higher power. In faith, I will believe that it is okay to not have an answer or that, in time that higher power will provide an answer.” Life is sometimes   unanswered questions, but also our inquiring minds seek, believe with faith that not seen or understood.

Relax in your ignorance. Save your strength; don’t engage in ceaseless wrestling with the unknown. In so doing, you will become stronger.

We acquire the strength we have overcome.I AM. I am all that I am and I am enough! I am in the constant abundant flow of the universe, able to give and receive freely and endlessly. I resist all temptation to hold and reserve all assets and willingly share all that is in my power to share. I am in complete harmony with all that is to fulfill all my needs and desires. I release all illusions of lack, loss and difficulty. I joyously share my abundance unconditionally. I am connected to an endless stream of creative energy, thoughts and ideas that flow easily and abundantly throughout my life. I am safe to share my bounty with all without reservation. I have enough, I am enough, I am.

'Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

He is loved and missed . “For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun? Photobucket We have to fight to Live. Why ? There is room for all . Peace . Yellow Eyes J L. Van Vels We've roamed the wild country My beautiful yellow eyes, Side by side we've hunted Shadows dancing on northern skies. There have been times of plenty We were content , serene, Peacefully sleeping Dangers few & far between. We've also known much hunger Ribs protruding from each side, Mournfully we howled When our starving cubs had died. And then there was our first winter Romping thru the glistening snow, Tasting each crystal snowflake Falling gently to and fro. Ah my dear, sweet yellow eyes I've known no greater love, Without you, I am nothing Our wild souls are one. Now you lay there dying Steel jaws upon your frame, Life's blood slowly seeping I whimper your sweet name. Helpless, I watch you struggle Chest heaving with labored breath, Steel jaws clenching tighter Winds whisper the song of death. The blood has now stopped flowing I know the time is near, you will forever leave me My love, my life, my dear. Now my world is silent Your struggles have ceased, I lay my head upon you & know you are at peace. Perhaps your soul has lifted To skies where eagles soar, & there you'll greet your brothers To run with them forever more. Someday I shall find you In the heaven's so far above, & when our wild soul's unite There'll be no greater love. Photobucket Photobucket
Photobucket Photobucket Do Not Stand At My Grave And Weep Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there; I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow, I am the sun on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circling flight. I am the soft starlight at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there; I did not die. Give sorrow words; the grief that does not speak whispers the o'er-fraught heart and bids it break. ~William Shakespeare Photobucket Be a peaceful sound, a comforting note , tranquil, soliloquies from the heart. Photobucket Oh, Great Spirit Whose voice I hear in the winds, And whose breath gives life to all the world, hear me, I am small and weak, I need your strength and wisdom. Let me walk in beauty and make my eyes ever behold the red and purple sunset. Make my hands respect the things you have made and my ears sharp to hear your voice. Make me wise so that I may understand the things you have taught my people. Let me learn the lessons you have hidden in every leaf and rock. I seek strength, not to be greater than my brother, but to fight my greatest enemy - myself. Make me always ready to come to you with clean hands and straight eyes. So when life fades, as the fading sunset, my Spirit may come to you without shame. Allow us all to dwell in peace, mindful of one another as a blessing to each other , wherever home may be. Photobucket And for a disciple thus freed, in whose heart dwells peace, there is nothing to be added to what has been done, and naught more remains for him to do. Just as a rock of one solid mass remains unshaken by the wind, even so, neither forms, nor sounds, nor odors, nor tastes, nor contacts of any kind, neither the desired, nor the undesired, can cause such an one to waver. Steadfast is his mind, gained is deliverance. Photobucket Balanced Heart. Balanced Mind. Balanced World. A balanced rock along the Heart of Rocks Trail, Chiricahua National Monument, Arizona. Cairn in the English-speaking world, word for a man-made pile of stones. It comes from the Irish, carn or Scottish Gaelic càrn . Cairns are found all over the world in uplands, on moorland, on mountaintops, near waterways and on sea cliffs, and also in barren desert and tundra areas. They vary in size from small stone markers to entire artificial hills, and in complexity from loose, conical rock piles to delicately balanced sculptures and elaborate feats of megalithic engineering. Cairns may be decorated for increased visibility or for religious reasons. In modern times, cairns are often erected as landmarks, a use they have had since ancient times. Since prehistory, they have also been built as sepulchral monuments, or used for defensive, hunting, ceremonial, astronomical and other purposes. I so love rocks, and stacking a cairn is meditative, calming and fun. Photobucket

Photobucket "I am always hearing, through every noise, through all the noise I am making myself even, the sound of a far-off song. I do not exactly know where it is or what it means; and I don't hear much of it, only the odor of its music, as it were, flitting across the great billows of the ocean outside this air in which I make such a storm......Since I began to hear it, I know it is growing louder, therefore I judge it was coming nearer and nearer until I did hear it first. I'm not so very old, you know -- a few thousand years only-- and I was quite a baby when I heard the noise first, but I knew it must come from the voices of people ever so much older and wiser than I was. I can't sing it all, except now and then, and I can never tell what my song is going to be; I only know what it is after I have sung it." At the Back of the North Wind by George MacDonald

Beneath the restless complexity of our lives breathes a creative being -- the artist in all of us. Spirit guides can show the way past our earthbound limits to creative expression. Photobucket I am usually busy creating , all mediums are attractive to me and muse flows , then art appears, and I am at peace with it. Being busy, much ado about nothing, it is the one thing I would never like to do, NOTHING. “Great peace is found in little busy-ness.” ~ Chaucer Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

Photobucket Trees are Earth's endless effort to speak to the listening heaven. Rabindranath Tagore A few minutes ago every tree was excited, bowing to the roaring storm, waving, swirling, tossing their branches in glorious enthusiasm like worship. But though to the outer ear these trees are now silent, their songs never cease. Ipomoea alba, otherwise known as Moonflowers are so called because they bloom in the evening. They have large 4 to 6 inch fragrant, white or pink flowers on twining vines. Photobucket Well it's cute, I don't drink beer, ever, but I like the graphic, and I am a Miller. Photobucket “The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You trade in your sense for an act. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask. There can't be any large-scale revolution until there's a personal revolution, on and individual level. It's got to happen inside first. You can take away a man's political freedom and you won't hurt him- unless you take away his freedom to feel. That can destroy him. That kind of freedom can't be granted. Nobody can win it for you.”

Photobucket "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Photobucket MistaiBlueWolf....allow the howl ( Mistai, ghost in NA ) Photobucket The labyrinth is at Chartres Cathedral near Paris, France. The labyrinth at Chartres was built around 1200 and is laid into the floor in a style sometimes referred to as a pavement maze. The original center piece has been removed and other areas of the labyrinth have been restored. This labyrinth , meant to be walked is reported to be infrequently used today. In the past it could be walked as a pilgrimage and/or for repentance. As a pilgrimage it was a questing, searching journey with the hope of becoming closer to God. Sometimes this eleven-circuit labyrinth would serve as a substitute for an actual pilgrimage to Jerusalem and as a result came to be called the "Chemin de Jerusalem" or Road of Jerusalem. In walking the Chartres style labyrinth the walker meanders through each of the four quadrants several times before reaching the goal. An expectancy is created as to when the center will be reached. At the center is a rosette design which has a rich symbolic value including that of enlightenment. The four arms of the cross are readily visible and provide significant Christian symbolism. So not all paths will be straight, but the path, walked gently, in reverence to earth and spirit will be easy on the soles and the soul. MBW ...allow the howl

Photobucket The Goat Girl...Capricorn Capricorn: December 22—January 19 Capricorn’s form of half goat, half fish derives from ancient Babylonian mythology, in which Ea, the Sea-Goat and Lord of Wisdom, emerges from his home in the sea to bring civilization & knowledge to mankind. In the zodiac, the placement of the constellation represents high achievement. Steady, purposeful, & long-sighted, Capricorns have a plan for the future & set their sights high. They seek security, certainty, & insist that rules be followed. But don’t let that fool you into thinking Capricorns are all work and no play: they have a lively wit, a dry sense of humor, & that rare combination, creativity coupled with organization! Photobucket The symbol for Capricorn varies from a mystical goat of the sea or heaven. Originating from the constellation of Capricornus and shown in the stars as a goat with a fish tail. The myth of the sea goat: The monster Typhon attacked Pan the goat god. Pan dove into the Nile. What was exposed above the water remained as a goat and the part below turned into a fish tail. The sea goat image goes by to Babylonian times. This symbol , most recognized as the Zodiac sign. Updated, mountain goat, steadily climbs, never reaches earthly top.

Tetons, Snake River....my brother loved it here and in Yellowstone. The pic of my bro " Bear" in favs shows him at base of Tetons. Taking him back there summer of 2009 . My brother Ted is home and at rest in the mountains he loved. The trip was bittersweet. PhotobucketI went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. Ansel Adams Photobucket Photobucket I imagine this view has been photgraphed millions of times Yellowstone National Park Jul 6, 2011 | 17 Yellowstone, the first national park in the world, was established by the U.S. Congress in 1872 and has welcomed millions of visitors in the 139 years since. Last year, Yellowstone recorded its highest number of visitors ever, as some 3.6 million people passed through its gates. Its well-known geothermal features -- geysers, hot springs, and fumaroles -- owe their existence to the massive Yellowstone Caldera, a 45-mile-wide volcanic system beneath the park. Tourists are also drawn to Yellowstone's hundreds of species of wildlife, massive waterfalls, and incredible vistas. Yellowstone National Park. Photobucket I sat upon a promontory, And heard a mermaid, on a dolphin's back, Uttering such dulcet and harmonious breath, That the rude sea grew civil at her song; And certain stars shot madly from their spheres, To hear the sea-maid's music. - William Shakespeare Photobucket Photobucket

My life is but a weaving Between the Lord and me; I may not choose the colors– He knows what they should be. For He can view the pattern Upon the upper side While I can see it only On this, the under side. Sometimes He weaves in sorrow, Which seems so strange to me; But I will trust His judgment And work on faithfully. ‘Tis He who fills the shuttle, And He knows what is best; So I shall weave in earnest, And leave to Him the rest. Not ’til the loom is silent And the shuttles cease to fly Shall God unroll the canvas And explain the reason why. The dark threads are as needed In the Weaver’s skillful hand As the threads of gold and silver In the pattern He has planned. ~~ Author Unknown ~~" Photobucket Photobucket "The love of virtue is the root of all good." Photobucket There is a road in the hearts of all of us, hidden and seldom traveled, which leads to an unknown, secret place. To sit or lie upon the ground is to be able to think more deeply and to feel more keenly, see more clearly into the mysteries of life and come closer in kinship to other lives. Photobucket Within your heart, keep one still, secret spot where dreams may go.... Photobucket Go there, often.............magic awaits Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

PhotobucketEach of us has the right and the responsibility to asses the road which lie ahead and those over which we have traveled, and if the feature road looms ominous or unpromising, and the road back uninviting-inviting, then we need to gather our resolve and carrying only the necessary baggage, step off that road into another direction. If the new choice is also unpalatable, without embarrassment, we must be ready to change that one as well. -- Maya Angelou. Follow the Yellow Brick Road..... The Strength Stones Photobucket Stone People medicine: Earth Medicine Carnelian- is a translucent to clear waxy form of quartz, it is flesh colored, or red, orange, or reddish-brown. It is the stone of integrity ; a symbol of the strength & beauty of the earth. Carnelian is attributed with the ability to stimulate & stir into action. It softens anger & disperses strife. It promotes contentment, thus it is a good stone to wear. Carnelian helps a person to develop self-control. It is a stone of blood ties & family unity since it's primary attribute is to strengthen. Ancient people accredited carnelian with curative powers & it was used in general healing. The Stone People (Rocks) are the Eldest living beings on Mother Earth, therefore are deserving of the utmost respect. I have been taught that they serve the role of record-keepers. It was also explained to me that Great Mystery breathed it's breath into each & every stone thus granting them all unique & valuable gifts & lessons to bestow upon earth's other creatures.

Can you sing with all the voices of the mountain? Can you paint with all the colors of the wind? Can you paint with all the colors of the wind? Come run the hidden pine trails of the forest Come taste the sun-sweet berries of the earth Come roll in all the riches all around you And for once, never wonder what they're worth The rainstorm and the river are my brothers The heron and the otter are my friends And we are all connected to each other In a circle, of a hoop that never ends Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon Or let the eagle tell you where he's been Can you sing with all the voices of the mountain? Can you paint with all the colors of the wind? Can you paint with all the colors of the wind? How high does the sycamore grow? If you cut it down, then you'll never know And you'll never hear the wolf cry to the blue corn moon For whether we are white or copper-skinned We need to sing with all the voices of the mountain We need to paint with all the colors of the wind You can own the earth and still All you'll own is earth until You can paint with all colors of the wind. Real is all in perception, and you can affect change in yourself from this place of meditation as you can in the physical world. We see pieces of earth free floating and unconnected to each other. A sacred spring wells up at the feet of a goddess figure. The tree of life appears before her with the light of truth shining from behind. Paths float, and can be chosen, or not. "Those who belong to this small class have tasted how sweet and blessed a posession philosophy is, and have also seen enough of the madness of the multitude; and they know that no politician is honest, nor is there any champion of justice at whose side they may fight and be saved. Such an one may be compared to a man who has fallen among wild beasts-- he will not join in the wickedness of his fellows, but neither is he able singly to resist all their fierce natures, and therefore seeing that he would be of no use to the State or to his friends, and reflecting that he would have to throw away his life without doing any good either to himself or others, he holds his peace, and goes his own way. He is like one who, in the storm of dust and sleet which the driving wind hurries along, retires under the shelter of a wall; and seeing the rest of mankind full of wickedness, he is content, if only he can live his own life and be pure from evil or unrighteousness, and depart in peace and good-will, with bright hopes." Workings done in this month add momentum and a bit of extra "oomph" to new endeavors. The Birch is also associated with magic done for creativity and fertility, as well as healing and protection. Tie a red ribbon around the trunk of a Birch tree to ward off negative energy. Hang Birch twigs over a cradle to protect a newborn from psychic harm. Use Birch bark as magical parchment to keep writings safe. Photobucket The Birch Physical Goal: To be rid of negativity, unhelpful influences and bad thoughts in order to accomplish a fresh, new start. Mental Goal: To concentrate on personal desires...the image of the result wanted must be held firmly in mind. Spiritual Goal: To focus on new beginnings...the White Birch symbolizes the desired image, standing out clearly from distractions and obstructions. Amergin Verse: "I am a Stag of Seven Tines" Ogham Association: Beith Polarity: Feminine Color: White Class: Peasant Letter Character: "B" Month: November...the New Year in the Celtic calendar and the first Ogham month, also being the traditional first month of the Winter Quarter. November begins with the Festival of Samhain, first day of the Celtic Year. Since it was once a time for killing livestock which would be unable to survive the Winter, the Anglo-Saxon name for November was "Blotmonath" or "Blood Month." It is a month which foretells of new beginnings and a cleansing period. Its name probably comes from the Latin Novem, which means "nine." Novem was the ninth month of the old Roman calendar. Alias: "Moon of Inception" and "Moon of Beginning" Magickal Properties: Protection of children, purification and creativity
Photobucket Today I don't just pray for a brilliant career, but ask to find the brilliance within my own soul. Give me the courage to bring forth my love and shine in a world that values fear and hiding. Today I am willing to accept the truth about myself, however wonderful that may be! Lead me to finding the purpose and passion in my soul. Lead me to finding the gifts that are in my heart. Help me find what makes my heart sing and my joy flow. Help me discover the true purpose for which I am here. Give me the strength to melt the blocks that I have created against my own power and beauty. Help me know the fullness I already am.
The Medicine Wheel teaches about change. It says that which is created will fall apart; that which is loose, will be used to create new. In other words, everything on Earth is participating in a constant change that is being directed by an order of laws and principles which were originated by the Great Spirit. We humans are equipped with natural change abilities. We have the ability to vision; we can use imagination and imagery; we can change belief, attitude, habits, and expectations. We need to know ourselves and we need to know how we work inside to enable us to change naturally. Great Spirit, teach me to change in harmony. Photobucket Take time to make the world your sacred place. Stand in the middle of the circle of life and give thanks to the four directions. Take your time and attune to the spirit and power of each direction. Look at the gifts each direction gives you. Learn and appreciate the symbols for each direction, but then move out of the abstraction of the symbols and make it personal. Deepen your relationship with the four directions and with the whole of life they form together. Face east and give thanks for the warmth of the sun and the coming new day. Pray for the power of knowledge. Face south and give thanks for the gift of life on this moist earth. Pray for the power to grow. Pray for peace in the world. Face west and give thanks for the water of life. Pray for purity and strength. Pray for self understanding. Face north and give thanks for the great white cleansing wind. Pray for the wisdom of experience.
Ally and me PhotobucketI've always said that the best wolf habitat resides in the human heart. You have to leave a little space for them to live.Photobucket "If the wolf is to survive, the wolf haters must be outnumbered. They must be outshouted, out financed, and out voted. Their narrow and biased attitude must be outweighed by an attitude based on an understanding of natural processes." "We have doomed the Wolf not for what it is, but for what we have deliberately and mistakenly perceived it to be..the mythologized epitome of a savage, ruthless killer..which is, in reality no more than a re flexed images of our self." Wolf , forest , aspens and birch , the whispering pines , I must be in Gods' church. Photobucket

MistaiBlueWolf and Ally....I got a dog , I love her so . Photobucket There comes a time when our hearts desire to heal. We are weary of the suffering, sorrow and longing - and our heart bids us to reach out in healing. To love someone, a pet or another human being, is to take a risk. I know, from personal experience, that I could lose this being – sooner or later I could end up grieving another loss If strength is born from heartbreak, then mountains I can move. Nonetheless, my heart ask , take this risk. Your ready. I got a dog. Wonderful she is. We rescued each other. <3 Trying to teach her the wolf howl . Resiliency allows you to take even bigger risks. They will present themselves, I am going to be ready. "Grief dares us to love once more." ~Terry Williams Ally Bell " my life is so bright, I gotta wear shades " Photobucket

All peoples have methods for hands-on therapy, what we now call bodywork. The Cherokee people of North America, for example, were well versed in body therapies and energy healing. They developed a comprehensive, sophisticated bodywork system that encompassed a form of osteopathic massage and manipulation, breath, and energy work. Central to this technique are the alternation of deep pressure and gentle rocking release. The breath was also used to reanimate the body and “draw spirit” into affected tissues. They also used crystal scanning and healing as well as the channeling of spirits and energy medicine. Photobucket The hummingbird is the most magical. They bring a smile to our face while watching their unique movement. Hummingbirds ability to hover in one spot teaches us how to be still and focused no matter how active we are. When the hummingbird totem visits we are reminded to appreciate the sweetness life offers. We have all heard the saying "Stop to Smell the Roses" and understand this means to slow down and enjoy life. The hummingbird teaches a similar lesson asking us to bury our noses more deeply and inhale the fragrant nectar. Life offers much joy and sweetness if we take the time to breathe it in. Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket A medicine bag is traditionally a small pouch filled with talismans such as stones, herbs, found objects, personal memorabilia, etc. and is intended to bring protection, good luck, and/or for use in healing to/by its owner. The reasons to carry a medicine bag are for guidance, healing and protection. Most medicine bags contain a quartz crystal as one of its objects. Quartz energy resonates with all the energies of the physical body and is considered a remarkable healing stone. It connects you to your spiritual self. Yes, I have many . Photobucket Photobucket
Purple: indicates spiritual thoughts. Purple is never a strong point in the Aura. It appears only as temporary "clouds" and "flames", indicating truly spiritual thoughts. Photobucket VIOLET: Spiritual, mystical, looks for magical solutions, visionaries, always see the big picture, search for the truth, questioning, take everything at face value, tends to be intuitive, and unconventional. People with a lot of violet (purple) in their Aura field tend to live in a world of fantasy and love to daydream. Things come to them without pushing, what they want and need come to them as if by unexplained. They do not have to push to get what they want. Purple Aura people are highly psychic, attuned to the emotions and moods of others and very sensitive. People who have a predominant amount of purple in their Aura are seen as mysterious and secretive. The Purple Aura individual possesses a philosophical, inquiring and intuitive mind. They love to learn and never stop exploring and inquiring into new subjects and areas that interest them. Because of this they tend to be extremely interesting and knowledgeable people. The Purple Aura individual does not have a wide circle of many friends. But the friends they do have are held close and are respected, admired and loved. People with a predominant purple Aura once in love , have found their perfect soul mate are loyal and loving for life. Photobucket Photobucket Our imagination, holds the spark where all dreams reside waiting to explode into the physical world. Don't implode, create , explode with your artistic endeavors. Photobucket Purple Aura people connect well with animals and nature. They are attuned to animals and can sense their emotions and feelings. Purple Aura people tend to take in and care for strays as their loving and caring nature makes it difficult for them to turn strays away.
“Make yourselves nests of pleasant thoughts! None of us yet know, for none of us have been taught in early youth, what fairy palaces we may build of beautiful thoughts, proof against all adversity; bright fancies, satisfied memories, noble histories, faithful sayings, treasure-houses of precious and restful thoughts, which care cannot disturb, nor pain make gloomy, nor poverty take away from us; houses built without hands, for our souls to live in.” Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket If you don't like how things are, change it! Imitate the trees. Learn to lose in order to recover, and remember that nothing stays the same for long, not even pain, psychic pain. Sit it out. Let it all pass. Photobucket Zen is more of an attitude than a belief. Zen is the peace that comes from being one with an entity other than yourself. Zen means being aware of your oneness with the world and everything in it. Zen means living in the present and experiencing reality fully. Zen means being free of the distractions and illusory conflicts of the material world. Zen means being in the flow of the universe. Zen means experiencing fully the present, and delighting in the basic miracle of life itself. Photobucket

THE WARRIOR The warriors tame The beasts in their past So that the night's hoofs Can no longer break the jeweled vision In the heart. The intelligent and the brave Open every closet in the future and evict All the mind's ghosts who have the bad habit Of barfing everywhere. For a long time the Universe Has been germinating in your spine But only a Pir* has the talent, The courage to slay The past-giant, the future-anxieties. Photobucket The word literally means "blowing out"—referring in the Buddhist context, to the blowing out of the fires of greed, hatred, and delusion. Photobucket Shamballa bracelet for Tranquility, Peace and Happiness..in Tibet Shambala is understood to be a "place of peace/tranquility/happiness". The Buddhist myth of Shamballa, is thought to be based on an ancient Hindu culture that was ruled by the mighty Kalki Kings, or Kings of Shamballa. It was their sworn duty to uphold the integrity of the Kalachakra Tantra, which prophesies that when the world declines into war and greed and all is lost, the 25th Kalki King will emerge from Shamballa (reckoned to be in the higher reaches of the Himalayas around Mcleodganj, home of the exiled Dalai Lama) with a huge army to vanquish "Dark Forces" and usher in a worldwide Golden Age. Using calculations from the Kalachakra Tantra, scholars such as Alex Berzin put this date at 2424. These powerful Shambala Bands are a reminder of this prophesy and symbolise peace, tranquillity and happiness. Perhaps the greatest lesson that we are learning at this time is that separation of any sort no longer serves us. We are moving now into Oneness. Hand in hand, together. We have struggled so long and so hard through the centuries with polarity, with so many challenges, so many false doctrines and ideas and at last all the walls and barriers are coming down. We are one Heart, one Soul, and one Breath. In the Oneness of All That Is. These powerful Shamballa Bands symbolise peace, tranquillity, happiness and above all - the Oneness of us all.
