Not so new at EON, not so new at life. Hoping for the time to figure out everything I think I need to know. Hoping for the wisdom to use what I learn , share what I can, and just enjoy the journey.
I live in the desert, southwest. Beautiful in its' own special, unique way, and ever changing . However, my soul and heart pull me to the ocean. I love the song, Time for a Cool Change, and the music of Jimmy Buffett. I got my first tatoo in Key West. A dolphin, jumping in Capricorn waves . It is on my ankle. Just being by the water, beach, the ocean, is an elixir for the mind, body and soul. Water is great. I love the mountains too. High altitude, low stress . I like using the metal detector. Treasures are everywhere. Just enjoy the hunt. I enjoy hiking in the pines, walking on the beach. Hearing the sound of the wind thru the pine trees, and the sounds of the ocean. I like to take pictures. Old churches, wildlife (that is still ), family and bridges and friends and just most of what you see thru a lens is going to make a great picture. When the memory is not quite so vivid, you have pictures to bring you back. Funny how memories are remembered and retold differently by those involved. Same scenario, different stories from each as they recount it. :)
Memories are so much more precious as we grow older. So remember yours' and enjoy and share them with others, especially the young. That way they can be remembered and retold , and your spirit and essence will always be a part of the coming generations. The Native American people strongly believe in passing down the history and ways of the people. Be part of your own history. Share stories and memories.
Single now, widow , hard, but trying to move...any direction just move. Thinking I want to buy an RV 5th wheel or whatever...love to travel and so very much I want and need and just must see . Love using my metal detector , stones, meteors , gold, oh my . I do love art, drawing, working with any medium that attracts me. Want to learn more too. Want to live and want to want to live. I love seeing what other artists do with thri art , projuects and talent. I enjoy so many forms, or outlets , expressions of the inner you. What muse moved me ? I did receive a very special award for chalk irises I did , in 5th grade, won scholarship to EP Museum of Art Summer Art classes. I just like being busy, especially lately. Working on painting greeware Indian Girl of the Wind, Water and T_bird. I could go on, but won't. My indian name Mistai (ghost) Blue Wolf was given to me by my long time friend. Your indian name is given just as your birth name from parents.

And what is it to cease breathing but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered?” Kahlil Gibran Nov. 21st, 2009 , had to say goodbye to my husband of 42yrs. Albert Allan , God's pull was stronger than my hold. How do I live without you ? The bluest eyes in TEXAS* are watching over me tonight and always. My heart went with you and yours is here with me. Into the light , my dad, 1/11/2010....I love you dad and miss you , you three always, forever. Peace that surpasses all understanding , be with me now. Two of my grandfathers arrived on the Mayflower . Allerton and Brewster. I have been to Plymouth, MA. It is sacred grounds to many. Bittersweet to my Native American ancestry. I did bring home one amazing rock from the site. I am cousin to George Washington, common GGgggggrandfather Thomas Ball. That makes me a distant (ocean) cousin to Katie Middleton thru W. Brewster....small world huh ?

Ipomoea alba, otherwise known as Moonflowers are so called because they bloom in the evening. They have large 4 to 6 inch fragrant, white or pink flowers on twining vines. The flowers open quickly in the evening and last through the night, remaining open until touched by the morning Sun.

The labyrinth is at Chartres Cathedral near Paris, France. The labyrinth at Chartres was built around 1200 and is laid into the floor in a style sometimes referred to as a pavement maze. The original center piece has been removed and other areas of the labyrinth have been restored. This labyrinth , meant to be walked is reported to be infrequently used today. In the past it could be walked as a pilgrimage and/or for repentance. As a pilgrimage it was a questing, searching journey with the hope of becoming closer to God. Sometimes this eleven-circuit labyrinth would serve as a substitute for an actual pilgrimage to Jerusalem and as a result came to be called the "Chemin de Jerusalem" or Road of Jerusalem. In walking the Chartres style labyrinth the walker meanders through each of the four quadrants several times before reaching the goal. An expectancy is created as to when the center will be reached. At the center is a rosette design which has a rich symbolic value including that of enlightenment. The four arms of the cross are readily visible and provide significant Christian symbolism. So not all paths will be straight, but the path, walked gently, in reverence to earth and spirit will be easy on the soles and the soul. MBW ...allow the howl

The BRONCO, EL Paso, TX. This sculpture has graced the area ( drive -in 1st ) in valley for more that 83 years. Pregnant with me, my mom tripped (loose concrete) at drive in , fell and was of course compensated, Think they bought a new car, anyways, possibly this amazing Bronco was my first spark of passion for the amazing horse. The things that mold us , our souls, hearts , even from the womb.

I am very curious , swing about it. The gentle rocking motion, back and forth relaxes you, you drift and dream , think, plan, and just swing with the breeze. 
A place outside of a place, a time outside time, the world that we travel in dreams and meditation is as real as this one is. Real is all in perception, and you can affect change in yourself from this place of meditation as you can in the physical world. Sometimes the journey within is just as important as the journey without. In this place, this traveler has created a world in her mind's eye. We see pieces of earth free floating and unconnected to each other. A sacred spring wells up at the feet of a goddess figure. The tree of life appears before her with the light of truth shining from behind. Paths float, and can be chosen, or not. The traveler passes along, deep in meditation, a light scarf serving as a connection between the worlds. This is a place of safety and introspection. White doves pass far off in the distance, spiritual guides, there to assist if called upon. Your own secret garden, go when you need to find a butterfly, a rose bud or a bird singing . Follow the path ...

Today I don't just pray for a brilliant career, but ask to find the brilliance within my own soul. Give me the courage to bring forth my love and shine in a world that values fear and hiding. Today I am willing to accept the truth about myself, however wonderful that may be! Lead me to finding the purpose and passion in my soul. Lead me to finding the gifts that are in my heart. To love someone, a pet or another human being, is to take a risk. I know, from personal experience, that I could lose this being – sooner or later I could end up grieving another loss If strength is born from heartbreak, then mountains I can move. Nonetheless, my heart ask , take this risk. Your ready. I got a dog. Wonderful she is. We rescued each other. <3 Trying to teach her the wolf howl . Resiliency allows you to take even bigger risks. Lavender Princess Sleeps 
LAVENDER According to folk wisdom, lavender has many uses. Infusions of lavender soothe and heal insect bites and burns. Bunches of lavender repel insects. Applied to the temples, lavender oil soothes headaches. In pillows, lavender seeds and flowers aid sleep and relaxation. An infusion of three flowerheads added to a cup of boiling water soothes and relaxes at bedtime. Lavender in the setting sun.....night time soothing sleepy lotion or balm, for dreamy rest.

Shamballa bracelet for Tranquility, Peace and Happiness..in Tibet Shambala is understood to be a "place of peace/tranquility/happiness". The Buddhist myth of Shamballa, is thought to be based on an ancient Hindu culture that was ruled by the mighty Kalki Kings, or Kings of Shamballa.
