Born in Damariscotta, Maine first 10 yrs of life in Somerville, Maine there was a break in there somewhere about age six, but don't remember the place, then Gardiner, Maine Rochester, NH Barrington, NH East Liverpool, OH Chester, WVA Bailey Island, ME Brunswick, ME Back to Rochester, NH Back to several places there Bath, ME Portland, ME about 5 yrs Saco, ME about 2yr Veazie, ME Hampden, ME Dixmont, ME (9 years!!) West Palm Beach, FL almost 3 yr Woodbridge, VA 5 yr Leland, NC 4 yr so far with about 4 to go until hubby retires then back to Maine probably We went to CA to visit son the week after moving to NC Visited Canada when child and as adult. Have many relatives there. Have timeshare at Mountianside Villas, Massanutten, VA

More about me

I am a mother of 4 and 3 step children and 2010 we have 20 grandchildren. I love to sew and take photos to make note cards. It may take a while to write this as I am not good at writing about myself. I sew alot started in high school in home ec but didn't really sew until I started sewing for my daughters when they were born. I sewed for them until they got to the age of not wanting things mom made but store made. I knit and crocheted for many years. My oldest sister taught me to knit as a child. I think one of the hardest to learn to begin with was mittens, but if you can do them you can knit most anything. My creating began after my grandchildren came with stuffed animals. Then came handbags, doll clothes and lot of diffent things since. It has become a passion for me.

Now, I don't sew as much since my major illness in 2008. But, photography and making ACEO/ATC art cards have become a simple joy.
