August and September are tough times for me. They are the months I brought my first child into the world and also said goodbye till I see him again in the not so distant future.

But this September will be extra special as well. This year if God permits, I will become a great grandmother. How cool is that?

I am not a movie watcher but my favorite all time movie is the Wizard of Oz. I used to wait all year to watch it (in black & white of course). I also love the Color Purple and Pretty Woman. Richard Gere is gorgeous!

Cesar Chavez - I met him and was in awe that such a tiny little man could create such tremendous change. He is my inspiration.

My pets: Dogs - Duke my new puppy Chico Cats - Gracie & Fat Cat Birds - Darcy & Jade (Love Birds) and Nobby, Honey & Snuggles (Cockatiels) 2 finches (unnamed as of this writing) Aquariums: Fish & and an Eel
