Places I've been: I've been in every state except Alaska, Hawaii, Oklahoma and Vermont. I've vacationed in Jamaica, several places in Mexico and the Virgin Islands, the Bahamas and several provinces of Canada. I've lived in Michigan, North Dakota, Minnesota and Florida. At last count, I have moved 27 times since graduating from high school. Keeps clutter at bay, at least. I recently moved back to Michigan, and am thrilled to be back with my family and so many good friends.

Saw your comment in "I Am a Crock Pot Junkie". Thanks for the tip on cooking a whole chicken in the crock pot, sounds yummy. I never thought of doing it that way. Who needs a I rotisserie

Thanks for your comments, LeilaLW. Sorry you missed out on the Peace Corps when you were younger. You should know that the Peace Corps is looking for older volunteers, so you can still apply. You may also want to participate in efforts to expand the Peace Crops.
