~To Congress the 5 pledges~

First ~ I believe in a balanced budget and therefore will vote for a freeze in government spending until that goal is realized.

Second ~ I believe government should not increase the financial burden on its citizenry during difficult economic times therefore I will oppose all tax increase until our economy has rebounded.

Third ~ I believe more than four decades of U. S. dependence on foreign oil is a travesty therefore I will support an energy plan that calls for immediately increasing usage of all domestic resources including nuclear energy, natural gas, oil, and coal as necessary.

Fourth ~ I believe in the sovereignty and security of our country and therefore will support measures to close our borders except for designated immigration points so we will know who is entering and why and I will vehemently oppose any measure giving another country, the United Nations, Czars, or any other entity, power over U.S. citizens.

Fifth ~ I believe the United States of America is the greatest country on earth and therefore will not apologize for policies or actions which have served to free more and feed more people around the world than any other nation on the planet.

Ah yes the sands of Father Time, carefully sifted, reveal seemingly new founded wisdom that has lived and breathed richness into lives many times over. It only matters that it is new to us and that we embrace it lovingly with full intention to use it to better ourselves and that which surrounds us. Here is to our year, a gift it itself, called 2012 and the abundance that awaits us spiritually, mentally and physically if we choose to claim it. And to this day people come who were lost but now they are found. Little Elle, if there was no cake there shall be tonight for unto us a child was given and His Name IS called: Counselor, Almighty God, our Everlasting Father, The Prince Of Peace! You, my darling child, shall serve it up for all who are hungry; the old and the young; the sick and the well, the rich and the poor. For when you share this Celebration of celebrations, you share your love, Elle, spreading it even where you know not. So come, let's find the highest and the widest and the longest cake ever.
