I worked in Advertising for a little over 30 years, but have been retired since 1/1/09. There are a lot of books I'd like to read and places I'd like to go, in addition to spending more time working on my body. At different times of my life, I've been a swimmer, oarsman and runner. The running ended at 40, when I hurt my knee, which did not seem to want to get better. I now walk extensively, along with some stationary biking and weight work. In the summer, I go to the beach often, usually CO, for walking, swimming and just lying in the sun.
