I am a Mystic and a Yogi. I have been following these spiritual paths most of my life. I have had many profound spiritual experiences that led to my writing to books. One is called: To Jill, with Love, Memoirs of a Modern Day Mystic and the other is more esoteric book on Yoga and the Art of Astral Projection.

My life has been a bumpy road and I seem to learn the hard way sometimes. I think the spiritual path is something you learn and live everyday while we are here on this planet.

I spend time meditating daily in the tradition of Yogananda. I work as a counselor in Denver, Co and I like to go motorcycle riding with my boyfriend. I am interested in making newe friends with like minded people. I have always been a hippie at heart all my life.

Activities

I like to hike in the mountains, swim in the ocean, ride motorcyles, enjoy sci-fi & fantasy movies, travel, scuba dive, and tai chi.
