I have traveled in the US to the following places: East Coast States, South East States, Midwestern States, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, & California.
I have traveled outside the US to the following places: Canada, Mexico, Western Europe, & Australia.
For the past 20 years I have worked as a professor at Western Carolina University where I have directed and taught in a popular Masters of Science Degree Program in Human Resources. I hold a doctorate from Northern Illinois University in Adult & Continuing Education and a Masters from Illinois University in Supervision of Instruction. In addition to my teaching, I have provided consulting services to a variety of organizations in Illinois and North Carolina, served as a founding board member of the Academy of Human Resource Development, and published more than 160 articles in national publications. My wife and I have co-authored two training books published by McGraw-Hill – Training Games for Career Development and Training Games for the Learning Organization. In recent years, I have assumed a leadership role in the emerging field of E-Learning and authored several articles in the area of employee training and development. I plan to retire at the end of 2009.
I joined Eons to as a means of helping me transition into retirement. I currently enjoying traveling, photography, going to plays, participating in UU church activities, wine tasting, and visiting our local community center.
