Hello!

I am a Polio survivor with PPS and PP Muscular Atrophy. I am for the most part house bound and use the Internet to keep in touch with friends and family.

I like to read, watch TV and listen to music. I love to laugh and can find humor in just about everything. This has helped me through some tough times.

I have joined to meet new people, exchange ideas and learn new things.

I graduated High School and immediately went to work. I was on my own at age 17. I moved into the YWCA and went to work as a telephone operator. The women that lived there were wonderful to me. They helped put the finishing touches on my transformation from a girl to a woman. They are always with me. 

Through the years I have worked in Accounting, Teaching Artistic Roller Skating, Skating Rink Manager, Apartment Manager and a Salesperson. I was seldom bored. During this time I also took some college courses at night.
