Hello,

  I'm over 50 (duh!) and I am single.  I live in the home my mother left me and work in a nursing home as a cook.  I am part Native American and I work crafts, go to powwows and have native friends.  I enjoy garage sales, flea markets, movies, playing pool, dining out and walking.  I have three wonderful grandchildren and my daughter lives near.

 

Activities

I love a powwow. Nothing better. I love seeing all the regalia and the dancers. I love dancing as well. The people are always so open and caring and the fry bread! No words can describe it to me. Even when I make it at home, it doesn't compare to eating it at a powwow.

Favorite Charities

My favorite charity is the AIDS foundation. My son passed over from the disease at the young age of 23. I wrote his story and will share it openly with you.

Favorite Music

My favorite music is Native American music. Drums, singing and even some of the bands that have evolved from them.

Favorite TV Shows

I really don't have favorite TV shows, but, I prefer a sitcom to a police show and I enjoy shows about doctors and hospitals, veterinary clinics and anything at all about animals.

Favorite Movies

I guess I'm a Harry Potter fan, lol.

Favorite Books

I read nearly any kind of book. I love to read and learn.
