Places? Lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Columbus, Athens, Ohio, Jackson, Ohio, and Marshall . . . now out in the woods outside Alpena. Have spent time in Scotland, Canada, all over the U.S., and in some un-fitting places to be such as Bosnia, Somalia, the North Arabian Gulf, and Kosovo. Bahrain. Some nice places, too: Sicily, Northern Italy, Spain and Gibraltar, Kenya, Crete and Rhodes -- all short visits. Spent a year in England one morning. Favorite places include Rota (Spain), Vancouver, Toronto, the Bighorn Mountains, Utah's canyon country, Southern Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona . . . and -- best of all -- Alpena. High School Name (City, State) Marshall, Michigan, High School -- Home of the Redskins, in spite of the School Board's decision to re-name us "Redhawks" a couple of years ago. "First God made idiots; that was for practice. Then He created school boards."
