More about me

I am a country girl born in Florida. I Enjoy making dishes such as Suthern Fried chicken,biscuts & gravy and other low fat dishes.  I enjoy sewing materials and creating many different things using buttons, beads, material..etc.  Writting poetry began when I was 13 years old.  I started playing piano at 7 yrs old at first by ear picking out tunes and then started taking piano lessons. It was fun. My Father taught me how to bait a hook and fish and shared his wisdom with me on many things before he passed. My Mother shared her knowledge of love, peace, kindness, respect and wisdom with all of us children. Both my parents as well as my grandparents were stability in my life.  I have been working since I was 12 years old and after working 34 different jobs have compiled a plethra of knowledge and skills.

I enjoy the black and white musicals especially where they do dance steps like Ginger Rogers and Fred Astire. Enjoy watching "Our Gang' and some other black and whites.   I like good wholesome fun jokes.

I am married 30 years to a wonderful husband.  20 years of it we were in the Navy. I am a Mother of a fine intelligent 26 yr old who just got out of the Navy. Both were on the Submarines.

All I can say is " Life is truly good in this family" and I count myself very fortunate to be blessed as such. For others I wish them only the best of having their lives filled with goodness too.
