Mother of 4 and grandmother of 10. Lover of music and dance. Spiritual but not religious. Scots-Irish and Cherokee ancestry. Traveled to Ireland and Scotland and adored them. Graduate degree in social work. Fully recovered from 7 years of brain stem and spinal surgeries (3) and it was a whale of an education resulting in my first book NOTHING SHORT OF A MIRACLE, a medical autobiography. 3 dogs and 9 cats share my half acre of heaven here on earth in the mountains of western NC. Adore the beach. Special fondness for trees and their energies. Open-minded and flexible. Believe strongly in my Creator, honesty, integrity, and love.
