Originally from Omaha, now living in Council Bluffs, Iowa right across the Missouri River from Omaha. Have lived in so many places across the United States, also two years in Bangkok, Thailand.

I've been planning a trip in November to North Carolina and have bought an 18-foot travel trailer but now have decided not to take it on such a long trip for the first time out. (It will be around 2500 miles round trip). I will pull it with a Chevy conversion van but will just use the van this time out. I still work full time and am taking about 3 weeks off.

I like nature (rocks, trees, forests), although am NOT a water person. Arts, crafts, sewing, gardening, cooking, are among the many things I am interested in. I have an almost 12 year old Irish Water Spaniel, and I am a born again believer, like to study the Bible. I like board games, dominoes, card games, and am very flexible. I have relatives and friends all over the country and would like to travel a lot to visit and also meet new people who like to travel too.

I belong to the American Gourd Society, the Iowa Gourd Society, the Irish Water Spaniel Club of America.
