I am currently working as a home-based freelance transcriptionist for law enforcement and medical professionals. it's very interesting work (especially the law enforcement transcripts which range from 911 calls, victim statements, suspect statements and undercover wire tapping). The medical transcription is not as interesting, but it's money. I am married for 24 years to my ever-patient husband, Allan, who is a math professor at the local college and AP Calculus Teacher. We live in a suburb north of Boston with our high-maitenance Keeshond, Koko, and two spoiled cats, Sophie & Samantha. We are empty nesters, our only child Heather married in 2001 and gave us the love of our lives, our grandson Daniel, whom I have cared for on Mondays and Tuesdays since he was born in 2006. Other than working and enjoying my time with Daniel, I have been a "student" of astrology for 25 years, enjoy listening to new age and 70's music, am an avid reader, try to meditate when time allows, and love playing cards and eating junk food on Saturday nights with our best friends next door. I have a lot of interests particulary regarding the deep mysteries of life and like to think I have an open mind to all things seen and unseen.
