Louisana, Mississippi, Indiana...but I always come home to Cleveland. I love to travel, I want to one day go to Africa, cruise every island that has a warmer climate and possibly retire to one of the Gullah Islands to read and write and grow orchids and gardenias!

Where do I start? I'm 55 years old, I love being this age it is very freeing. I love my family and friends and my church. I have learned to ride a motorcycle this past year. In the year 2009 I will be opening a womens support group and earning my bachalors degree online. My favorite color is red (the color of power, passion, and purpose) and I love surprises. I believe that you should never have seen so much of everything that you can no longer be surprised. I have six grown children and 20+ grandchildren. Holidays at my house is kinda like a roller coaster ride that ends with me falling on the couch and sleeping for two day! I have a passionate and sensual side, I love music, orchids, books, and a good foot rub! My sense of humor can be kinda dry at times but I love people who laugh and have a sense of humor. My favorite quote came from my grandmother who said "The difference between a lady and a woman is a woman knows when it is time to STOP being a lady". My second favorite quote is from Maya Angelou "Never wear a catchers mitt on both hands, there will come a time in life when you will have to throw some stuff back!" My third is "Life should not be lived quietly, you should stand at Heavens door, smudged and slightly scarred and screaming, OH WHAT A RIDE!"
