Thanks for stopping by! What can I tell you about me? Well, I'm a (self-proclaimed ;))successful businesswoman, entrepreneur. Love what I do.
Completely dedicated to the 50 plus demographic and in particular the job/career challenges we are facing. I started Gen Plus and my blog (http://genplus.blogspot.com, which has developed its own loyal readership) back in 2005. The needs of the Boomer and 50 plus jobseeker continue to encourage me to reach for a high profile, speak out on issues affecting Boomers and 50 plussers, and try to evoke change through the power of the written word. Over the past few years, we've (and Gen Plus, as well) caught the attention of the media, due to the sheer numbers of Boomers and 50 plussers who make up a great number with a booming voice...more than 78 million strong.
I joined Eons over a year ago, forming the Careers for Boomers and 50 Plus group, which quickly became the #1 group in Careers and is now over 1000 members strong. As an invited Eons expert, I want to hear what you have to say, successes you can share and the challenges you face. So, thanks for popping in.
