Bermuda - 3 Years of Navy heaven. Bermuda is like peaches and cream to my mind's taste buds every time I relive it. Puerto Rico - Not as nice as Bermuda but the food was definitely better. Altho, I still think that was a dog's knuckle I ordered at 3 am that particularly drunk Saturday night. oh well, got to live in a high-rise on the ocean for $450.00 a month!

Born in the dust of the MS delta,...mud...got the hell out...blah, blah, blah. Joined the Navy, spent 11 years in a mutually unsatisfying relationship with it. Did a 1 year stint in a completely one-sided marriage at the age of 21. Woulda stayed but when he started talking with his fists, I ran fast and far. After the Navy landed in Jacksonville, FL where I still am today. Landed a position in Human Resources with a great company and I feel as if I am doing my life's work. Well, part of it anyway. Can't tell you about the other part unless I know you. I am very opinionated about a very few things but I am open to discussion about even those things and a lot of others. I am somewhat naive but smart enough to know that there are a lot of people going through some very rough times, if you are one of them, write me...I am full of helpful stuff.......and I may be able to help you. Afterall, you found me for a reason.

Activities

I am almost ashamed to admit just how inactive I am most times.....but to my credit, I do a lot of running around at work and I just recently started taking public transportation Mon, Tues, and Wed to work instead of driving. So I have to walk about 2 blocks to and from the bus stop 3 days a week. It was mostly gas prices that inspired this brainstorm and not an attempt to save Mother Earth from the noxious fumes from my SUV, so no kudos for me, except on the physical fitness tip.

Favorite Charities

As a fifty-one year old woman with no children, I feel that every child on this earth is my child. I am very grateful to be able to give this love because there are so many neglected children who desperately need it. I support children one-on-one. I guess I can say it here but I don't give money to my church - I save it up until I have a couple of hundred and give it to any mother with children I see in Walmart or Winn Dixie. This is my favorite charity, my community.

Favorite Music

Oldies but Goodies, I guess. You will more likely find me enjoying silence in my car instead of the radio and I have never owned a music system.

Favorite TV Shows

I wrote a diatribe a few years ago expousing every parent to throw out every single television in their homes - since the media executives are determined to air as much filth as they can get away with. When I watch tv it will usually be a nature show/documentary/cartoons/(luv Family Man and Futurama)/or the sci-fi channel.

Favorite Movies

Favorite movies of all time: Mars Attacks, Total Recall and PitchBlack. No so happy with da Arnold lately tho, since learning that his father was a high-ranking Nazi and he has been waxing bigoted lately.

Favorite Books

The Creature From Jekyll Island - Simply amazing stuff! First book I read in this vein was The Hidden Hand, it was rather technical but good reading still if you made it through. Good luck finding a copy today. Another absolutely first rate book on conspiracy theories is The Occult Conspiracy...it is not about the occult as we generally think of it, it is more about hidden or suppressed links between religious founders of our past and their hidden philosophies.

Favorite Animals

I'm a dog person, dont care much for cats. Horses are ok and I appreciate frogs because they absorb thru their skin and are a good indication if you are in an area of high contamination, usually when you notice the third eye or extra foot.
