I have three cats; all of them very sweet, but with different personalities. The two boys live in the basement, as they're feline-leukemia positive.

Bailey lives upstairs and is queen of the house. We've had her the longest, and although she's a petite 6-pounder, she stands her ground when the boys escape and dash upstairs. The boys don't seem too phased by her antics, but her hissing & growling does stall them in their path. They are at least twice her size, but they're very sweet and would probably be her friend if she let them.

I've been married to a wonderful man for 21 years. He's the one who introduced me to cats. We've both gone through a mid-life crisis; I changed my job & he's gone back to school.

In February, I had a hip replacement surgery.  It was one of the best decisions I've ever made.  I have recovered nicely and I'm now walking a lot and riding my bike again.
